All material is lightweight, no heavy lifting equipment is needed on-site, frames, trusses and joists can typically be carried into place by on-site labor. The LSF construction process is fast and efficient, and not dependent on weather conditions. Different from the traditional construction, on the LSF system, up to 80% of the work is done in a factory with no drying or water issues to affect the build. This means there is less time on site, less cleaning works, lower labor cost, and that would impact the overall build cost.
